Fractional Ownership allows you to purchase a share of an aircraft just like owning a timeshare without the full cost or burden of sole ownership. Each share corresponds to a set number of annual flight hours (for example, a 1/16th share provides approximately 37 hours per year).

At West Coast Aviation Services (WCAS), your share gives you guaranteed access to our King Air 350/360 fleet, managed entirely in-house. You simply schedule flights when you need them we take care of the rest, including pilots, maintenance, insurance, and logistics.

Each owner pays:

1. Initial Investment: A one-time equity purchase securing your ownership share.

2. Monthly Management Fee: Covers all fixed costs—pilots, maintenance, hangar, and insurance.

3. Hourly Rate: You only pay for the time onboard. No repositioning or hidden fees.

Unlike our competitors, we offer an open ended agreement. Our agreements are built on a 5-year term to lock in pricing but you are free to exit or even pause the program as you need. We take pride in our service and do not want to lock you into something you are not comfortable with.
