Ownership,
Handled.
You own the aircraft. We handle everything else.
WCAS provides complete aircraft management in Orange County, backed by nearly four decades of aviation experience. From our home at John Wayne Airport (SNA), our team oversees every aspect of your aircraft—from crew hiring and training to scheduling, dispatch, compliance, insurance, and day-to-day operations.
Our goal is simple: reduce the burden of aircraft ownership, protect the long-term value of your investment, and keep your aircraft ready when you need it. For owners who choose to make their aircraft available for charter, we can also help offset ownership costs through Part 135 operations.
Every aircraft is managed with clear communication, transparent monthly reporting, and the level of care we’ve built our reputation on since 1987.
West 91
You bought the aircraft to fly it — not manage pilots, maintenance schedules, invoices, and paperwork. West 91 gives you a complete flight department without having to build one yourself. We handle the crew, maintenance, dispatch, compliance, and day-to-day operation around the way you fly.
Explore Part 91Your aircraft. Your preferences. Your schedule.
The people and oversight of a full flight department without building one yourself.
Inspections, maintenance events, and AOG support from squawk to sign-off.
When it’s time to upgrade, sell, or acquire, we can handle that too.
West 135
Your trips always come first. When the aircraft would otherwise be sitting, West 135 gives you the option to make it available to our charter customers and generate revenue against the cost of ownership.

Owners Ask
Under West 135, your aircraft is added to one of our two FAA Part 135 air carrier certificates. When you are not flying, we deploy it on charter trips from a customer base we have built since 1987. You receive an itemized statement each month showing charter revenue, direct costs, and the net offset against your fixed cost of ownership. Personal use always takes priority.
Yes. Many owners come to us with pilots they trust. We onboard your crew into our training, medical, and drug-testing programs, manage their payroll and scheduling, and keep them current — or hire and train a new crew to your standards if you prefer.
A fixed monthly management fee, plus operating costs passed through at cost — fuel, crew, maintenance, insurance, hangar. No markups buried in the statement. Your proposal itemizes both before you commit.
Most managed aircraft are hangared at John Wayne (SNA) or Long Beach (LGB), alongside our maintenance facility. If your mission calls for another home base, we can operate the aircraft where it lives.
A dedicated account manager backed by our 24/7 dispatch desk. One phone number, answered every day of the year — trip planning, catering, ground transport, and FBO coordination handled in a single call.
Yes. WCAS is based at John Wayne Airport (SNA) and provides both Part 91 and Part 135 aircraft management for owners throughout Orange County and California.
Part 91 programs can begin within days. Certificate conformity for Part 135 placement typically runs 30–60 days, depending on aircraft records and configuration. We manage the entire process.
