Initial Consultation and Needs Assessment

  • Our process begins with a preliminary discussion to define your needs and expectations. Following this, we provide a comprehensive search and comparison report on each available aircraft option.

  • This report highlights and prioritizes your specific requirements, ensuring that every aspect is thoroughly evaluated and considered in the decision-making process.

Research and Analysis

  • Provide a detailed search and comparison report on each available aircraft option, prioritizing the client's specific requirements.

  • Run sample flight plans and evaluate aircraft performance under 'real-world' conditions.

  • Develop a comprehensive budget, considering maintenance schedules, operational types, potential third-party charter revenue, and cabin design or refurbishment options if requested.

Transaction Process

  • Assist in price negotiation and the establishment of a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the chosen aircraft.

  • Facilitate a cursory inspection of the aircraft and collaborate with legal counsel to negotiate the Aircraft Purchase Agreement (APA).

  • Coordinate the Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) process and address any findings or rectifications.

  • Manage the closing of the transaction and oversee the delivery process, ensuring a smooth transition for the client.
